COVID-19 Preparedness Plan for Floodwood High School
TEAM REQUIREMENTS:
*Team roster must be emailed to director before games with list of 2 names per athlete for entrance.
* Players, Coaches, Officials and Spectators are required to wear face mask at ALL times. This includes on the court per MDH.
* Players can bring water bottles. We have a bottle filling station only.
* No locker room access.
* Each team will remain on one side of the gym for duration of game.
*Teams and Coaches must follow ALL protocols listed on the MN Boys High School Volleyball Association website. Including what to do if you have an exposure or need to quarantine.

FAN REQUIREMENTS
* Two fans per student athlete
* Fans must have a mask or face shield on at all times.
* Fans must check in at gym entrance and be on the athlete's list of names for entrance into the facility.
* Fans must stay on their designated side of the gym and if there is a need to switch courts, fans must wait until after the players have switched courts.
*Any fan or team member who has had an exposure must notify the host team to allow for contact tracing.

Floodwood Boys Volleyball will live stream each match via Facebook.

HOW DO I LINK MY SMARTPHONE TO OUR TEAM CALENDAR?
To receive automatic updates on calendar changes (additions, cancellations, changes), sync your smartphone. Your smartphone must accept iCalendar Feeds.
Here are the steps:

Go to the Calendar on the specific team web page. (Ex: Grand Rapids)

Make sure the events are showing on the specific team calendar. If they are not showing then you need to click on the TAG menu and select your specific TEAM/SCHOOL.

Select the "Subscribe to iCal Feed" at the bottom of the calendar

Follow the instructions from there
Any changes that are made to the calendar on the website will be automatically updated on your phone. This also saves manually entering all of the events on your phone.
You can also subscribe to the MN Boys HS VB master calendar located on the main page of the website. Follow the same steps above.
