EPS preparedness plan

• User to acknowledge the following COVID restrictions for EPS facilities:

• • All groups are required to follow proper social distancing and occupancy limits, based on Minnesota Department of Health requirements, for all spaces used. 
  • Spectator guidance must be followed per facility capacity and MDH/MDE guidance. 
  • Participants should be dropped off/picked up curbside. 
  • For users with multiple groups of participants, staggered group start times are encouraged. 
  • Participants should use the restroom before coming to the school to limit the need for restroom use on site. 
  • Participants are encouraged to use hand sanitizer upon arrival. Users should provide their own hand sanitizer. 
  • Users should track attendance and keep on file. There is no need to provide a copy to EPS unless requested for contact tracing. 
  • In accordance with Executive Order 20-81 and EPS School Board Policy 308, all individuals must wear an approved face covering while inside buildings.
  • Users are asked to clean high touch areas inside buildings if necessary during their permitted time. Users in classrooms are asked to clean all flat surfaces (chairs, desks, countertops, etc.), handles and switches prior to leaving. Cleaning products will be available for use.

• In the upper gym we only allow 2 spectators per participant.

To edit or delete a page element

Step 1: On your team page site, toggle into Edit Mode found on the left, vertical toolbar.

Step 2: Find the page element you would like to edit and click the GEAR ICON on the right side of the yellow bar above it.

Step 3: Select Edit or Delete.

Step 4: Click Save Changes.
