GAME DAY PROTOCOL:

1.  PLAYERS MAY ENTER THE BUILDING UP TO 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO THEIR SCHEDULED MATCH - NO EXTRA PLAYERS ALLOWED IN THE GYM THAT ARE NOT PLAYING THE ACTUAL MATCH OR WORKING AT SCORE TABLE.
2. FOUR SPECTATORS ALLOWED PER PLAYER/COACH - - WE WILL NOT HAVE A SPREADSHEET FOR SIGNUP, BUT TEAM COACHES ARE ASKED TO MONITOR THEIR SPECTATORS TO ENSURE THEY ARE MASKING AND SOCIAL DISTANCING.                                                                                                                      
3.   BLEACHERS WILL BE SET UP AND MARKED FOR SEATING.  SPECTATORS WILL NEED TO MAINTAIN A MINIMUM OF 12 FT FROM PLAYING SURFACE. 

PRIOR LAKE WILL REQUIRE MASKS THROUGH JUNE 11, 2021 FOR INDOOR SPORTS AND WE WILL  USE MOST  STANDARDS SET BY MN BOYS HSVB ASSOCIATION.

HOW DO I LINK MY SMARTPHONE TO OUR TEAM CALENDAR?

To receive automatic updates on calendar changes (additions, cancellations, changes), sync your smartphone.  Your smartphone must accept iCalendar Feeds.

Here are the steps:

• Go to the Calendar on the specific team web page.  (Ex: Grand Rapids)

• Make sure the events are showing on the specific team calendar.  If they are not showing then you need to click on the TAG menu and select your specific TEAM/SCHOOL.

• Select the "Subscribe to iCal Feed" at the bottom of the calendar

• Follow the instructions from there

Any changes that are made to the calendar on the website will be automatically updated on your phone.  This also saves manually entering all of the events on your phone.
